All experience levels welcome. Bring any drums and percussion instruments you’d like to have fun with. Some instruments will be available for sharing.

MANIFESTATION with Julia Griffith

We are all creating all of the time, whether or not we are aware of it. We create either through awareness or through lack of it, by slipping into limiting energy patterns. The patterns are basically tapes, and, from them, we think, feel and act in an automatic way. Students learn to observe limiting energy patterns, which are expressed through thought, emotion, and action.

Meditation on the heart chakra, as well as the space behind the heart, is taught as an important part of conscious creation. The heart is the receptor of divine inspiration. Aspirations, goals and dreams are viewed through the matrix of the heart for appropriate action and reflection. Inspirations, as received from the higher self, replace self-limiting patterns. Eventually, the belief beneath the pattern is found, and a new, different approach to life naturally evolves.

 As a catalyst to the process, traditional alchemical practices with attention on the 5 elements are practiced, with additional emphasis on the 4 manifestations of energy in life – relationships, career, money and health of the physical body.

On Friday, September 14 we will explore the basic tenets of alchemy as applied to manifestation (how to change ourselves to "be" the desired outcome). We will explore our emotions as a tool for creating the flow of energy necessary for change and look at our connection with mass consciousness. As usual, we will continue to work toward physical self-healing and increased prosperity with these concepts.

Deepen your ability to meditate, focus and "feel" the right flow of energy for positive change. Classes are small allowing one-on-one work, hands on healing and individual instruction. I invite you to join us!

There is so much information out there today that speaks to how our thoughts design our life. Your skeptic may be saying, “ you can’t control your thoughts. You couldn’t possibly create your future by thinking.”  But consider this . . . when a beautiful building or home is erected, who gets the credit?  Who gets the awards?  Most often it is the architect rather than the builders and contractors.  Yes, they couldn’t do it without one another, but the ARCHITECT was the one who dreamed up the final product.  HE was the one with the vision, and HE used his MIND to conceive that building. 

Here is a thought that I offer you - You are the designer of your life! This thought serves many people in consciously creating what it is they desire in their lives. You can choose a thought, just like you choose what clothes you are going to wear today.
