Chris has been avidly practicing yoga for the past six years and teaching for the last year. Her training is in Iyengar yoga, and she is working toward certification – a lengthy, patience-building process. As a medical writer by day, Chris especially appreciates the physical and mental benefits of yoga for those who work in front of a computer for hours on end. These classes are smaller, so beginners and those who don’t think of themselves as typical yoga students can get the attention that’s needed to develop a safe yoga practice. For more yoga talk, etc. check out her blog at http://yogabasics-chrisob.blogspot.com/
