Energetic Healing

Energetic Healing is a way of addressing and bringing awareness to the energy systems of the body and the whole being. It has been known for centuries that an energy field emanates from and surrounds the human body. Depletions or imbalances in the energy systems can result in unhealthy physical conditions of pain or disease. Energetic Healing practitioners assess the subtleties of a client's energy fiield, then work to activate and restore the natural healing patterns that are innate to all human beings.

What happens in an Energy Healing session?

An Energy Healing session lasts about an hour. It begins with a brief explanation, and an opportunity for questions, answers, and energy assesment. The client is fully clothed and will lie on a massage table. Most of the work is done with the energies that surround the body and may involve direct hands-on contact.

Focused attention and gentle touch allows the tensions and identified regions to unwind. Energy is naturally redirected and allowed to flow to areas in need of healing. One of the main principals in Energy Healing is the use of the holistic approach to integrate the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual components back into a more unified place of balance and unity.
