DHA Policies

We look forward to seeing you and here are some tips to make your visit go smoothly:
1. If this is your first visit, please arrive early for your class or appointment in order to fill out paperwork and get started on time.
--- If this is your first massage with us, you can print this form and bring it in already filled out to save some time.
2. Please keep voices low in the reception area - we want everyone to enjoy their class or massage.
3. Please no shoes in the studio if you are coming for a class or workshop. We take class in socks or bare feet.
4. We do not have a locker room. Most people come dressed for class, but you may change for classes in the bathroom.

Cancellation Policy: We request at least 24-hour notification of appointment changes or you will be responsible for 50% of the price of the missed appointment.

Massage/Therapy packages: 3-massage packages must be used within 3 months from date of purchase and 6-massage packages must be used within 6 months from date of purchase.

Gift Certificates: Gift certificates expire 4 months from date of purchase.

Class Cards:
1. Each person must have their own class card (Sorry, no sharing with the spouse or anyone else!)
2. 4-class cards expire in 4 months
3. All other cards expire in 6 months
4. You can "re-charge" an expired card by paying the difference in price for the remaining classes.
