Anh Chi Pham MFA*, C-IAYT®*, E-RYT 500®*
Yoga Therapy, Mindful Strength Yoga and Multi-Level Yoga Teacher
Anh Chi Pham is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Yoga Instructor. Anh Chi started yoga in 1999 to heal a fractured L2. She has studied with many different teachers and styles, receiving her 200hr certification at Kripalu, 500hr at LMU’s Yoga Therapy Rx Program, and additional certifications and trainings with Amy Wheeler, Jill Miller, Shelly Prosko, Leslie Howard and the Krishnamacharya Yoga Madiram in Chennai.
In her own practice and teaching, Anh Chi encourages mindfulness, curiosity, natural alignment, and functional movement. Some of her classes have been called "the hard gentle" because she integrates strengthening as well as stretching and relaxation. Her goal as a teacher is to create a safe space for movement and inquiry so that students can more easily reconnect with their bodies' natural intelligence, separate from their over-active minds, and rest more deeply into and as their true being.
