Room Description: Our Yoga Studio, located at the back of our center, is far away from the reception area to ensure students are able to practice yoga and meditate in a peaceful and soothing atmosphere. You are welcomed into the studio with three floor-to-ceiling windows: inviting the sun to illuminate the space or the moon to guide you in introspection during your practice. Each window features linen blinds, blocking visual noise if desired. Our studio flooring is Nordic white oak hardwood to provide grounding support during your practice while smooth to the touch. Additionally, the wall mirror creates an even more spacious experience.

Luna Room
Room Description: Our Meditation Room is tucked away in an intimate and noiseless section of our center to facilitate looking inward and cultivating peace of mind. The room features a compact carpet flooring which provides earthy-grounding support for your practice. Need to add more.
