Kaylyn is a passionate yoga instructor dedicated to helping others cultivate balance, self-love, and personal growth through practice. With five years of teaching experience, she deeply understands yoga’s transformative power and is committed to creating a supportive and inclusive space for all students. Her journey began in her teenage years, when she intuitively felt drawn to the practice. As she explored yoga more deeply, she experienced its profound physical, mental, and spiritual benefits, inspiring her to become an instructor and share this gift with others.
Known for her compassionate approach, Kaylyn creates a safe and welcoming environment for students of all levels. She tailors her classes to meet individual emotional, spiritual, and physical needs, offering modifications to make the practice accessible to everyone. Her teaching emphasizes body and breath awareness, mindful movement, and cultivating trust and safety within one's own body. A certified RYT-200 yoga instructor, Kaylyn has also completed additional training in Kundalini for addictive behaviors and is currently furthering her studies in trauma-informed Kundalini practice. Passionate about yoga and meditation, she is dedicated to guiding her students toward a positive and transformative experience on the mat.
