Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini yoga is a dynamic and transformative form of yoga that combines physical postures, breathwork, meditation, chanting, and mantra repetition to awaken and activate the dormant spiritual energy within the body known as Kundalini.
Kundalini yoga incorporates a wide range of techniques and practices to stimulate and balance the flow of energy throughout the body. It includes dynamic physical movements, known as kriyas, which consist of specific sequences of postures, breathwork, and chanting. These kriyas are designed to target and activate specific energy centers, or chakras, in the body, promoting the free flow of energy and unlocking the potential for spiritual growth and self-realization.

All-Levels Healing Yoga
Using breath and body as a way in, Healing Yoga places emphasis on the space and silence between poses. Woven together with fluid transitions, poses are held longer allowing time to feel the changes in your body. We build a strong current throughout the practice in service of a deep savasana, thus clearing your energy field & restoring intimate connection to your heart. Suitable for all levels.

Restorative Flow
This class provides a slow transition from our externally stimulated world towards the subtlety of the internal, individual experience. The first part of class is a gentle flow to comfort the body. This movement is paired with a focus on the breath to help turn down any mental "clutter". Class ends with a set of restorative poses, allowing the parasympathetic nervous system to deeply soothe the body, mind, and soul. You will leave class feeling rested and clear-headed. Class is held with the lights dimmed low.

$10 Kundalini Yoga is part of our 12 pm Afternoon Community Class offerings! Kundalini is known as the yoga of awareness. Through various practices, such as kriyas, pranayama and chanting, we get in touch with the more subtle parts of ourselves and awaken the kundalini energy which resides at the base of the spine. This pure energy represents the sacred and primal power within and inspires us to speak our truth and focus on the compassion and consciousness needed to heal and serve others. This is a Level 1 class.

Candlelight Yoga
The soft glow of candlelight engages the parasympathetic nervous system which activates the relaxation response. Candlelight flow will guide you through a gentle sequence aimed at improving strength and flexibility while decreasing stress and “mind clutter.” You will leave feeling calm, peaceful and balanced after this healing practice. All levels and drop-ins are welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Flow links the mind to the body by utilizing physical awareness and fluid movement sequences. with an emphasis on the breath. This empowering flow will leave you feeling stronger, energized, and re-centered in 60-minutes. This class is suitable for all levels.

Reset and Settle: Yoga & Sound
Mid-week is a good time to check in with ourselves, examine how we are doing, and explore options about how we could or would like to navigate moving forward. Reset and Settle is an accessible movement and meditation offering that encourages subtle body awareness through a combination of vinyasa-linking the mind and body in flow with restorative yoga-slowing down-opening through passive yet mindful and supported postures. Along with guided breathwork and vibrational sound to aid in nervous system settling.
A mid-week refresh. All levels and drop-ins are welcome.

Pilates / Core Mat
In-Studio
Mat class integrates strengthening and lengthening exercises with a focus on the core. We use a variety of props and equipment, and arm, leg, and trunk movements are incorporated to engage the core muscles, provide increased stability, postural awareness and assisting injury prevention. A beginner to intermediate level class.

Tai Chi Class Series
Tai Chi Yang 24 Forms – 6 Week Series
Tai Chi translates to the Supreme Ultimate exercise. In this series you will learn to move fluidly from the center of your body (your core). By moving from the Core, stress is reduced in head, shoulders and neck. Balance is improved greatly, by weight shifts from one leg to another. Beginners are more than welcome, this series is designed for you to learn approximately 1/3 of the 24 moves in each 6 weeks Jude Hasken has practiced Tai Chi for 30 years & taught for 20.
We have 2 options for Tai Chi Series. Our next Thursday evening 6 week Series will be held from November 2nd to December 21st.
Our new Saturday Morning Tai Chi Series will be held from November 4th to December 23rd. This class is held outside. Please click Jude’s name below to learn more and sign up for his classes.
