Salt Therapy, or Halotherapy, has been proven to improve lung function and open the airways, alleviate allergy and asthma symptoms, soothe inflammatory skin conditions (such as rosacea, eczema, acne, or psoriasis), ease symptoms of respiratory complications (asthma, COPD, emphysema), boost the immune system, and help prevent infection. Salt Therapy is safe and effective for adults and children alike!

Our Salt Therapy Room is equipped with a halogenerator that circulates medical-grade salt through the space during your session for optimal absorption. Below your feet, you’ll find 3,300 pounds of course-ground pure Himalayan Salt that provide tension relief when standing, or makes for fun play for kids during a family session! In addition to the Himalayan Salt on the ground, the main wall is inlaid with 200 salt bricks that envelop the space in a warm, soothing glow.

Salt Therapy FAQs

Q: How often should I receive Salt Therapy?

A: There is no correct answer! You can receive Salt Therapy as frequently as you’d like! As is with most treatments, the more often you receive the service, the more rapidly you will see results and improvement.

Q: What should I wear during my session? What shouldn’t I wear?

A: You can wear anything you’d like! We usually opt for something comfortable (loose-fitting clothing) and easy to relax in. Socks may be worn into the Salt Room, but shoes are not allowed. We recommend removing any jewelry before your session as the salt can damage metals.

Q: Where can I safely store my belongings during my session?

A: We have lockers to store your belongings at no extra charge! Whatever you need to store will be safe and sound so you can fully relax during your session.

Q: Can I bring food or beverages into the Salt Room during my session?

A: No - to ensure the cleanliness and preservation of our Salt Room, no food or beverages are allowed in the room. You may bring a water bottle with you and keep it in one of our secure lockers for after your session.
