Individual Salt Therapy

45 Minute Sessions Available
Salt Therapy has been shown to reduce inflammation in the body, soothe skin irritation, alleviate allergy and asthma symptoms, and help to widen and clear airway passages. During your session you will cozy into a private space in the salt room in one of our lounge-style chairs, where you will fully relax, meditate, listen to music, read a book, or enjoy the silence, while the Himalayan salt to work its healing properties.
Family Salt Therapy (child>12 + parent)

The Family Salt Therapy session makes for a fun and healing alternative activity! Our Salt Room features a course-ground salt floor and glowing Himalayan salt brick wall making it the perfect space for visual and tactile play. Salt Therapy is suitable and beneficial for all ages.
Group Salt Therapy (up to 4 people)

Experience the healing properties of Salt Therapy with friends and loved ones. The Group Salt Therapy option makes for a healthy catch-up, celebratory healing, or serene group meditation!
Salty Massage

60 Minute Sessions Available
During the massage, through the use of a Halogenerator, a fine medical-grade salt mist circulates through the room and settles onto the skin, the largest organ in the body, for optimal healing. Your practitioner will greet you, assess your needs, and curate a massage.

Salty Reiki

60 Minute Sessions Available
During the Reiki session, the use of a Halogenerator, a fine medical grade salt mist circulates through the room for optimal healing. The salt will help to open your airways, alleviate pain, and decrease inflammation in your body. The practitioner will help your body, mind and soul's energy to harmonize, connect and balance with the healing enery of Reiki.

Salty Reflexology

60 Minute Sessions Available
During the Reflexology session, the use of a Halogenerator, a fine medical grade salt mist circulates through the room for optimal healing. Reflexology uses manual compression to stimulate reflex areas in the feet and hands that correspond to organs, glands and tissues throughout the body. Every touch helps to improve blood circulation, move “Qi” energy, and stimulate lymph flow to gently remove toxins from the body. As your body comes into balance, great healing can occur.
