Cacao Ceremonies

Why Cacao Ceremonies?

Ceremonial Cacao is very well known for its healing properties and heart-opening effects. The power of Cacao (Food of Gods) allows you to connect with your heart, facilitate a deep loving connection with other beings, and increase your intuition, clarity, compassion and selflove. After drinking Ceremonial Cacao, you may feel physical, emotional, and spiritual revival.

What makes Cacao so powerful?

Cacao is a great source of antioxidants, flavanols, vitamins and minerals that improve your health and neurochemicals that influence neuron functions.

What is in Cacao?

Theobromine: this molecule boosts blood flow, lifts your mood and stimulates the brain function. It is responsible for the heart-opening effect of Cacao.

Phenylethylamine (PEA): is a neurotransmitter that is naturally released in our body when we are in love. PEA is only found in two foods: Cacao and the blue-green algae.

Anandamide: a lipid that binds to cannabinoid receptors and mimics the psychoactive effects of cannabis. “The bliss molecule”, produces the feeling of happiness.

Monoamine Oxidase Inhibitor (MAOIS): An enzyme that metabolizes a group of neurotransmitters that includes norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine.

About Nataly Baiz:

Nataly started her healing journey 7 years ago when she took her first Yoga teacher training just to learn more about Yoga. She never thought that five years later she would quit her corporate career to dedicate her time to Decatur Healing Arts, be a Reiki Master, go to India to learn Kundalini Yoga and facilitate Cacao Ceremonies at the Center. She is very passionate about helping others, connecting emotionally through compassion and love and accompanying others on their healing journey.
