Brittany is a 200 RYT and Integrative Wellness Coach with a passion for finding tools and practices that nourish the spirit, particularly while living in unprecedented times. Her love and appreciation of yoga is rooted in its function as a liberation and integration practice that has the potential to heal and empower people by reconnecting them to themselves through both movement and stillness.
Brittany’s primary class style is vinyasa with a focus on sequencing that finds the sweet spot between effort and ease, in a welcoming and inclusive environment. She hopes that students leave class feeling balanced, energized, and inspired to apply what they cultivated on the mat into their day to day lives.
