Corinne Chaves

Qi Gong Teacher

A recipient of lineage transmissions in the Long Men & San Feng Sects of Daoism, and the Sivananda & Kriya Yoga Vedantic traditions, Corinne imparts authentic teachings. Corinne is clear, concise, patient and responsive as she brings these ancient healing practices to life. The heart of her practice and teachings emanates from an awareness of Qi, feminine variations, practitioner individuality, and the interconnection of physical, emotional and spiritual transformation.

Corinne began her study and practice of transformative and healing arts at age 15 with yoga. Yoga was her principal practice for 30 years. When she met Master Yun Xiang Tseng (Wu Dang Chen) in 2002, the Tao called to her and her studies shifted to the Taoist practices of Tai Chi, Qi Gong, energy healing, Taoist meditation and alchemy, and Chinese medical massage. She spent 5 years as a “wandering Taoist” including a year in China studying Qigong and Tai Chi. In 2011 Corinne received a gold medal for Sanfeng Tai Chi Sword and a silver medal for Ba Duan Jin (8 Pieces Brocade) qigong at the 5th International Wudang Tai Chi competition in Hubei Province, China.

In 2014 Master Tseng authorized Corinne to offer her Level 1 Qigong Teacher Certification Program. She now also offers Level 2 Qigong Teacher Certification, an External Qi Healing program, Sanfeng Taiji 13 forms instruction, Xing and Ming Cultivation guidance, and private alchemy instruction.
