Hannah Goldbaum

Yoga Teacher

Hannah is a dedicated 200-hour registered yoga teacher, certified yin and massage teacher, and certified meditation teacher. She is devoted to creating spaces for presence, restoration, and embodied healing. Her classes are rooted in yin, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness, offering a slow, intentional practice that invites students to soften, listen, and reconnect with their bodies.

With a background in clinical mental health counseling, Hannah brings a trauma-informed and consent-centered approach to her teaching, honoring each student’s autonomy and lived experience. She integrates longer-held postures, gentle mobility, and breathwork to support regulation and deep rest, and draws from additional training in hands-on assists to offer supportive, attuned touch when appropriate.

At times, Hannah weaves in elements of sound and her training within a shamanic lineage—such as drumming or icaro—to deepen the sense of connection and presence. She believes healing naturally unfolds when we create space to listen inward. Her intention is to foster an environment where students feel seen and safe enough to return to their own inner wisdom and capacity for healing.
