Jenn is an E-RYT 500 yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience dedicated to fostering connection, authenticity, and empowerment in her classes. Rooted in community building and trauma-informed principles, her teaching emphasizes meeting each student where they are with compassion, clarity, and a deep respect for the practice.
Jenn's classes often focus on building functional strength and cultivating embodied awareness, while still making space for softness, grounding, and introspection.
She approaches yoga as a practice of liberation - one that encourages acceptance, curiosity, and the freedom to show up exactly as you are. In a culture that often tells us we should be different, better, or more, Jenn’s classes invite students to explore their breath, their bodies, and their own inner wisdom, moving in their truth unapologetically and fully.
