Yoga & Pilates Teacher

Ken, a certified fitness specialist, has spent, has spent more than 10 years in Yoga. She completed her 200 RYT with Asheville Yoga Center in 2021. Although she is a teacher, she will always be a student of the practice. She is an artist and her mst is her canvas. Her classes combine a creative sequence, a spirit of playfulness, and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. Helping you feel flexible and fearless both on and off the mat. Creating the perfect ambiance with hopes that other feel nourished, refreshed, and balanced!
