Kundalini Yoga Teacher

Nataly’s first yoga class was at the age of 12. Her dad fed her spiritual curiosity; he would take her to Hare Krishna Temples as a young girl. There she felt connected to the chanting, vegetarian food, the smell of incense and flowers. In 2017, she took her passion for yoga more deeply and completed a Yoga Teacher Training at Core Power Yoga in Atlanta. Since then, she has been practicing yoga regularly, especially during her pregnancy.

With the acquisition of Decatur Healing Arts, Nataly knew it was time to teach and what a privilege to support the healing path of the DHA community through yoga!

Nataly earned a 200-hour Yoga certification and completed her Reiki Master Certification with Tenzin Lama. She is a certified Cacao Ceremony Facilitator. She attended her training at Lake Atitlan in Guatemala, where she learned about the power of Cacao as a plant-based medicine with its roots in Central America.

Nataly finished her Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training with Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa, in 2022 in Rishikesh, India, the ‘Birthplace of Yoga’.
