Priya attended her first yoga class in 1998. Ever since, the yogic fire in her was ignited. Later, she completed her Kundalini Training in Rishikesh, India, deepening her connection to the sacred traditions of yoga. She is especially passionate about Pranayama, the practice of breath regulation, and believes it to be one of the most transformative tools for inner peace and vitality. With a background in Ayurveda, Priya infuses her classes with a holistic, mind-body approach that honors the rhythms of nature and individual constitution. She experiences gong vibrations as a powerful healing environment that helps release tension and restore energetic balance. Her greatest calling is to share with others the healing and blissful benefits of a consistent practice, guiding students toward greater awareness, balance, and joy in everyday life.
